Lyncosa

This olive oil is made on a small family farm in the McGregor village. The oil is produced from a blend of Mission, Frantoio and Leccino olives which have been harvested when changing colour from red to black.

They are pressed once only at a cool temperature of not more than 70 deg and the oil thus qualifies to be called “Virgin cold pressed”

This  results in a smooth, fruity tasting “Extra Virgin” oil eminently suited for salads and cooking.

For all the meat lovers, don’t forget our wonderful Gusto Churri, our version of the Argentine Chimichurri.
